MOMMY MEET-UP

The Mommy Meet Up goal is to strengthen all three targeted components of wellness in mothers–mental, emotional and social health. The community aspect of this event gives moms a sense of security as they fellowship with other moms and like minded women. This ”safe-space” environment fosters both mental and emotional health–giving moms a break from daily stressors.

MOM’S NIGHT OUT

Rotten Lemons Mom’s Night Out events give power to the social health component of the Rotten Lemons brand. Having healthy social interactions is crucial in sustaining emotional and mental health. At these events, moms engage in meaningful conversations, laugh and share experiences. These events also enable moms in building and maintaining a support network.

MOM-PRENUER WORKSHOP

Mom-prenuer events consist of all events that cater to personal development. These events can cater to, but are not limited to, the education of business and finances, vending opportunities, health and wellness, etc. Moms investing in themselves is part of self care. As moms invest more into themselves, they will be more equipped to invest in others around them.
